I recommend booking as early as possible, especially if you'd like photos during peak seasons like spring or fall. If you're hoping to use your images for save-the-dates, wedding websites, or invitations, be sure to schedule your session well before those deadlines. If you're planning last minute, don't hesitate to reach out—I'll always do my best to fit you in.
Where will our session take place?
We'll choose a location that fits your relationship and style, whether that's downtown, a scenic park, a flower field, your favorite date spot, or somewhere meaningful to the two of you.
What should we wear?
Choose outfits that make you feel comfortable and confident while coordinating with each other rather than matching exactly. Neutral colors and timeless styles photograph beautifully, and after booking, I'll be happy to chat about coordinating outfits with you!
We're awkward in front of the camera. Will you help us pose?
Absolutely! Most couples tell me this before their session. You don't need to know what to do or worry about looking "perfect." I'll gently guide you every step of the way with natural prompts and plenty of encouragement, so your photos feel relaxed, genuine, and full of real connection. My goal is for you to enjoy this season together while I capture the moments that make your relationship uniquely yours.
What if it rains?
North Carolina weather can be unpredictable. If rain or severe weather gets in the way, we'll simply reschedule for another date. I want your session to be relaxed and enjoyable, not stressful.
When will we receive our gallery?
Your edited gallery is typically delivered within 1–2 weeks after your session date.
Can we use these photos for our save-the-dates or wedding website?
Absolutely! Your engagement gallery is perfect for save-the-dates, wedding websites, invitations, guest books, and so much more. You'll receive high-resolution digital images with a print release, making it easy to celebrate this exciting season however you'd like.
